the staff were polite.

My room's ac leaked. It was a real pain. the bathroom also had black mold in the shower area, i really didn't like this. bathrooms need to be deep cleaned.

Fantastic Stay Experience

The room was very well planned (I loved the layout!). The fitness center included everything necessary for travel workouts. The downstairs restaurant offered tasty food. My wife and I enjoyed the excellent value at the spa.

The faint music from Aqua was audible in my room at times.

The hotel features two large swimming pools. I found an ATM inside, very convenient. The rooftop bar offers an exciting experience. The staff provided good service.

cockroaches in bed water damage

The room smelled a bit off, like it had some water damage issues. the worst part was the bed. I found cockroaches in it, totally disgusting and made me really uncomfortable. it's a shame because i expected much better.

the staff was friendly. the room service was prompt, delivering everything i needed. the gym had up-to-date equipment, i could maintain my workout routine. the pool area was super inviting.

i noticed a small stain on one of the towels, it was barely noticeable, but i thought i should mention it.
