The hotel rooms were a bit disappointing with a hot temperature set to 32 degrees Celsius upon arrival, and some areas seemed tired. However, the access to pools and bars was convenient. The service was exceptional with helpful and friendly staff, especially the driver. The location was outstanding with easy access to everything in Angeles City. The dining experience, while good, was considered pricey, and the buffet area was small. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained but had room for improvement.

My stay at Fields Plaza was delightful overall with some minor drawbacks. The rooms, although well-sized and designed with care, had a lingering smell of smoke that was unpleasant. The service was impeccable, with super friendly staff available 24/7, making my experience truly enjoyable. The location is superb, being close to the vibrant party scene of Walking Street but slightly descending downhill in terms of maintenance. The dining experience was good but a tad overpriced compared to my expectations, needing to match the high standard set by the rest of the hotel.
